The first phase has 64 clubs divided into eight groups of eight, where the clubs face each other in two rounds.
The top four in each group qualify for the second phase.
In case of equal scores, the tiebreaker criteria are:1) more victories;2) better goal difference;3) more pro goals;4) direct confrontation;5) fewer red cards;6) fewer yellow cards;7) draw.
Second level,Round of 16, Quarterfinals, Semifinals and Finals are played on a knockout basis in round-trip games.
In case of equal scores in any knockout phase, the tiebreaker criteria are: 1) goal difference in the match; 2) penalty shootout.
The four teams classified for the Semifinal guarantee access to Series C.
